Julian Foster is exploited by his wife Marley Malone and her junior Caleb Whitmore through a linked kinetic system. While Julian is still, they enjoy unlimited motion, with all fatigue transferred to him. Upon uncovering the truth, Julian freezes himself for a year. This causes Caleb to perish from perpetual motion and leaves Marley paralyzed. After divorcing, Julian finally restarts his life on his own terms.
